Enjoy a gentle yoga class for energy,
well being and peace of mind. Learn some simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques to enhance your well being. Beginners welcome.
For all ages and levels of fitness.
Please bring a mat or towel if you have one. Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in and be prepared to be barefoot.
Stacie Dooreck has been exposed to yoga since birth, and received a B.A. in religious studies in 1997. She was Sivananda Certified to teach yoga in 1995 and began the Advanced Studies Program at the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco in 2000. In addition, she has trained extensively with many internationally
