Amy Wong is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance who began her movement practice studying Qigong while living in China, then finding yoga and received her teacher training credentials at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center where she studied a wide range of styles, giving her a broad background. She currently lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she practices Shadow Yoga and teaches a welcoming class with an emphasis on the breath.

Shakthi Ganeshan, MD, MPH is a medical doctor who changed her life to become a yoga teacher & also obtained a Masters In Public Health from the University of Texas.

She dances Bharatha Natyam and takes inspiration from Five Rhythms work.

She brings her Indian ancestry, and life experience to her teaching of yoga, using vinyasa, pranayama, meditation and story as vehicles.

Julie Dreyer

Julie's class is an emotional massage for your ears and heart. She leads a strong flow practice with emphasis on breathe and allowing sound to shift your consciousness. Her class is very eclectic drawing from Taoist and Buddhist teachings and her specialization in sound therapy informs her style and lends to the discovery the pure ecstasy and its expression through music and movement.

Julie Dreyer, 500RYT, has been sharing her passion for yoga since 2001 and currently teaches in San Francisco and Berkeley, CA. She recently moved from Tempe, Arizona to continue her exploration of sound healing and vocal meditation at CIIS. She teaches adults at several yoga studios in Berkeley and also to kids and teens at shelters, schools and juvenile hall.
