We are born with the ability
to relax. Nowadays it requires considerable skill
to manage stress and open the channels for self
healing of illness, pain and negative emotions.
This workshop introduces Miaoding Zen (MD Zen),
a unique moving meditation through natural relaxation
that helps unravel the deep and subtle connections
between body and mind.
- What is body line? Twisted
body lines break energy flow. Adjustments to
posture allow for total relaxation from body
to mind.
- Let the mind help the body:
let go of dualistic discriminations between
inner world (thoughts, breath, channels, body),
and the outer environment.
- Practical yet profound techniques
are revealed to carry on the practice of relaxation
in daily life.
Mr. Chi-sung Hung is an internationally renowned Zen
Master who has devoted his life to promote compassionate
and enlightened living for all. In the last 20
years, he has taught more than 60 advanced meditation
techniques. He developed Miaoding Zen practice
as an easy yet effective way to help modern people
to relax at any time. Master Hung is also a prolific
author with many books focused on the integral
development and purification of the body and mind. |
