The practice of Compassionate Communication, a system of communication developed by Marshall Rosenberg, can help a person connect beautifully with friends, lovers, business associates and family members of all ages. Lori and Ritch demonstrate how NVC can be used in role-play and, possibly, in a situation offered by an audience member, so you can learn how to communicate more effectively and empathically with others. Highly informative handouts and other special gifts provided.
