Military planners are drawn to new technologies involving the manipulation of the mind, emotions and physical health of people. As a result, control of the human mind is now a reality, but how we use this technology is the next challenge for this generation. This reality raises serious ethical questions. This seminar will go into the background and history of Mind Control and will then discuss some of the advances being applied to enhance human performance. Begich will demonstrate various tools highlighting how this technology can be used positively.
Dr. Nick Begich is Executive Director of The Lay Institute on Technology, Inc. a Texas non-profit corporation and is the co-owner of Earthpulse Press Incorporated. Twice elected President of both the Alaska Federation of Teachers and the Anchorage Council of Education Begich received his doctorate from The Open International University for Complementary Medicines in November 1994. He has worked as a Tribal Administrator for the Chickaloon Village Traditional Council, a federally recognized tribe of the Athabascan Indian Nation based in Alaska. |
