Graceful Passages
Sunday 10:30 am room 3
To
face our mortality with courage and an open heart leads
us to an appreciation of life, moment by moment. The
sooner we acknowledge and prepare for this eventuality,
the more freedom we have to enjoy life and serve others
in a spirit of fearless compassion. This program includes
participative activity in exploring closure with our
loved ones, and features music to support the process
of letting go. The workshop will be supplemented with
selections from Graceful Passages: A Companion for Living
and Dying, containing music with the spoken voices of
Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hanh, Rabbi
Zalman Schachter, Alan Jones and other contemporary
mentors. This recording is currently being used as a
spiritual care tool by individuals, families, hospices
and clinics around the world.
