You! Yes, You can Make a Difference! Lead a Life of Purpose, Passion, and Power. Turn Inspiration into Action!
(extra fee)

With all the problems facing our world today, do you struggle with feelings of overwhelm, grief, cynicism, burn-out, and anger? Or are you already inspired but just don't know how or where to direct your passion? This conversation will explore these themes and more, sharing stories and insights from our action on behalf of the Earth and all life it sustains. Recognizing that every single choice changes our world, we stop asking, "Can I, as just one person, make a difference?" And instead, we start asking ourselves, "What KIND of a difference do I want to make with my life?" Times of crisis demand a truly new way of living. This dialogue explores how to activate the Consciousness of Oneness in every thought, word, and action.

Daryl Hannah has been passionate and committed to practicing a low impact lifestyle for over 20 years. From her small footprint, living in a passive and active solar home complete with gray water systems and organic garden, to being an early adaptor of biofuels. Daryl Hannah has been actively spreading the good news of how well it all works and how good it all feels. She has produced, hosted and shot numerous green TV appearances including pieces for CNN International and Good Morning America. She relishes and has seized the opportunity on many occasions to speak to the unconvinced, such as Bill O’Reily and Sean Hannity.

Julia Butterfly Hill brought international attention to the plight of the world’s last remaining ancient forests when she climbed 180 feet into the branches of a 1000 year-old redwood tree and refused to come down. Her historic protest to the environmental destruction caused by the clear-cutting of northern California’s ancient redwoods culminated after 738 days with a negotiated agreement that provided permanent protection for the tree known as “Luna” and a 3 acre buffer-zone around it. Julia Butterfly Hill is an activist, writer and poet. She is the author of the national best seller The Legacy of Luna and the co-author of One Makes The Difference.
